Shiokawa Town

Gotemba ParkGotenba Koen
The name, which means "the lord's grounds", was named because in 1692, the rulers of the Aizu clan used it for "hawking" and other activities. The park contains athletic grounds and an amusement park, and provides a place for locals to relax. The 36,000 irises, which bloom in late June and early July, are especially popular.
